Live Painting is a larger canvas work created during the event, often capturing the overall scene—such as the ceremony, reception, or a special moment. It’s meant to be a lasting artwork for the couple or host. However, extra portraits of people or pets can be added upon request.

On average, we can complete around 6-10 guest portraits per hour, depending on the level of detail and the format (individual or couples). For larger events, we’re happy to bring an assistant or offer additional options.

A typical live painting takes 4–6 hours, depending on the scene’s complexity.
Some final details may be completed in-studio after the event for a more refined result, which we’ll ship to you once finished.

Before the Event:

We’ll schedule a short consultation beforehand to make sure everything flows smoothly on the day.

On the Day:

• A stable work desk and a chair (seat height)
• Good lighting conditions — especially a desk lamp for evening events
• A shaded or covered area if the event takes place outdoors
• Access to drinking water and a short break during longer sessions

If possible, please place the setup near where guests will be mingling, so we can capture natural moments as they happen.

Live Illustration services typically start at €600, including 2–3 hours of on-site sketching and all materials.

Live Painting starts at €850, depending on canvas size, scene complexity, and whether post-event studio work is required.

Travel fees for venues within Salzburg are included.

Outside Salzburg and abroad: Fees will discussed once the location is known.

Custom framing, or digital files can be added upon request.
