Our default option is high-quality printed illustrations based on digital artwork, primarily in watercolor style.

If you would like fully hand-painted originals or special printing techniques such as letterpress, embossing, or metallic foil, please indicate this in the inquiry form.

To enhance the tactile and visual experience of your stationery, we offer a selection of refined embellishments, such as: Wax Seals, Gold Foil Accents, variables of Ribbons, Vellum Wrap, Peals, Tassels and much more, in keeping with different styles

Mailing services can be provided upon request, in which we’ll handle addressing, postage, and sending your invitations out to your guests with care.

The PROCESS

  • Step 1: Discovery & Consultation

    Our journey begins when you reach out to us through our website contact form.

    We will get to know your vision, preferences, and love story. After that, we will schedule a one-on-one call to start a friendly chat with all the details.

  • Step 2: Personalized Proposal & Estimation

    Based on your needs and preferences, we’ll craft a personalized proposal outlining the recommended pieces, pricing, design direction, printing and finishing techniques, as well as an estimated timeline.

    Once you’ve received the proposal, feel free to reach out with any questions—we’re more than happy to walk you through the details and make adjustments as needed.
    We want to ensure everything feels clear and comfortable before moving forward.

  • Step 3: Booking & Kick-off

    After your heartfelt “yes,” we’ll move forward with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit to reserve your spot on our design calendar.
    We’ll then fine-tune the details and send over a tailored mood board to set the creative tone.

  • Step 4: Concept & Design

    Based on your vision, we’ll develop design concepts and propose materials, color palettes, and finishing touches tailored to your style.

    This is a highly collaborative phase—we’ll work closely with you to refine each detail. ♥ Please feel free to share your thoughts, preferences, and any additional inspiration you may have along the way.

  • Step 5: Review & Refine

    We will present your stationery suite in a digital mock-up and refine the details based on your feedback. Refinements are included as part of the service, so please feel free to share your thoughts—we'll perfect the design together until it feels just right.

    Please note: Major revisions (such as changes to layout, illustration style, or overall concept) are limited and defined in our agreement. Typically, 1 round of revision is included in the service

  • Step 6: Production & Assembling

    After your final “yes,” your suite enters production. We’ll carefully bring each detail to life, and if needed, help assemble everything—down to the last wax seal.

  • Step 7: Delivery & Mailing

    Once your suite is complete, we’ll carefully package everything with intention and artistry.
    Your stationery can be shipped directly to you—or, if requested, mailed to your guests with care.

No bad surprices! No hidden costs! We’ll provide a personalized & fully transparent quote after learning more about your vision.

Our pricing typically includes:
Design Fee · Printing & Production · Materials & Shipping

As a general guide:

Custom Design fees: start at €450, which includes the design and illustrations for a full invitation suite—typically composed of: Wedding Invitation, Programm & Info. Card and RSVP. The more bespoke hand-drawn elements you choose to include—such as venue portraits, illustrated maps, or detailed watercolor artworks—the more your design fee may vary.

Designing fees also includes ✔ close & collaborative Communication throughout, ✔ multiple Refinements, ✔ 1 x major Design Revision.

Bonus: Additional paper goods (e.g. vow books, menus, thank-you cards) added to your suite typically receive a 10–20% design discount.

Printing & production costs: can range between €8–€25+ per set, depending on finishes, paper types, and complexity. Special print finishes such as foils and letterpress may have a requirement of minimum order.

Shipping Costs: Varies by location & service (self-mailing or direct guest delivery)

  • Because your story isn’t one-size-fits-all. We believe that your wedding stationery should be as unique and personal as your love story.

    Unlike templates or semi-templates , we design each suite from scratch—tailored to your vision, wedding style, and personal story. From illustrations to materials, every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

    Templates are easy. But something this meaningful should feel like you.

  • We recommend starting the custom stationery process at least 3–5 months before your wedding.

    This allows enough time for consultation, design development, revisions, printing, and final assembly—especially if you're considering specialty finishes or international shipping.

    For destination weddings or fully hand-painted suites, an earlier start (around 6 months) is ideal.

    If you're unsure about your timeline, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to guide you.

  • Refinments are always welcome. In case of big changes, we include 1x revision round in the design process to ensure everything feels just right before production. If unexpected changes come up later, we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

    Please note that additional edits may affect the timeline or incur extra fees, depending on the scope.
